A Disappointing Experience

My stay was marred by disappointing service. The advertised leisure facilities were misleading. I faced issues with billing and the staff seemed disengaged during my visit. Despite the challenges, I appreciated the cleanliness of my room.

Had a fab time with friends! We hit up the aquarium and enjoyed 10-pin bowling. The staff were super friendly, and our room was cozy. Breakfast was delicious. Just know the buffet might run out by 9 am, so go early!

Had some trouble with the shower. only half of it worked properly during our stay.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free wi-fi, a lovely bar/lounge area, and friendly 24-hour reception. I remember when the staff helped me with a phone charger during my first stay. Highly recommend!

The room was spacious with a comfortable sofa bed, TV, and a desk. There was a kettle, body soap, free toiletries, and towels provided too. Also liked the fitness facilities, including locker rooms and personal trainer options. The breakfast was nice with good variety. Wi-Fi worked well too.

For a better breakfast experience, arrive early to enjoy the full selection, as the buffet tends to run out by 9 am.

had a really great stay at best western atlantic hotel. the room was super comfy, and i loved the big bed. the staff were really friendly n helpful, made me feel welcomed. the location is spot on, close to chelmsford centre and there’s a supermarket right across the street. breakfast was nice, especially the omelettes if u ask for them!

I booked this hotel with no expectations, and it turned out pretty great! The staff were super friendly and genuinely helpful, which made my solo trip feel much safer. My room was spacious and clean. It was really quiet—perfect for catching some sleep. The only thing was that the outside looked a bit plain. The bar area was cozy too!
